Prepare a list of the 10 things you have done in your life that you would consider as major accomplishments. Over the years you’ve done many things that have made a contribution to you and the people you’ve worked with. What are the best things you’ve done in school? University? Your career? What have you done in other areas that you would list as a major accomplishment?
Your Skills & Talents:
Prepare a list of 20 things that you do well. Include the things you do easily and effortlessly. This exercise gives you powerful insights into talents that you may otherwise think are ‘normal’ or ‘usual’. We will explore this list so you can identify your most outstanding skills and talents.
What You Are Most Proud Of:
Prepare a list of the 10 things you have done in your life that you’re most proud of. Think about things you did in high school or university:
your performance in a play
your sporting achievements
your performance on the debate team, or
when you were president of some organisation or chaired some committee.
Think about how you solved some business problem, capitalised on an opportunity, closed a big sale.
What You Are Born To Do:
What were you born to do?
Everybody has natural skills and talents.

HOW DOES THE COACHING PROGRAM WORK?
You meet with Charles Kovess, preferably personally, or by telephone.
You begin to explore yourself in new ways, with new awareness.
You learn a new series of strategies, methods and techniques.
You identify the tiny changes that will make the big differences.
You gain insights into ways to balance all the key elements of your life
You develop personal action plans that you implement.
You receive written material for self-study.
Usually, each session lasts for one hour.
Telephone sessions last for 30 minutes.
The program proceeds in blocks of six sessions of one hour, or 12 sessions of 30 minutes.
The timing of the sessions can be varied to suit your timetable.
Your investment in your development is only $3300 (plus GST) per block of 6 one hour sessions or 12 x 30 minute sessions, payable 50% on commencement, and 50% half-way through the sessions.
Your investment is likely to be tax deductible, but you should confirm this with your tax adviser.
