I acknowledge that gaining the training and development business of an organisation requires a level of trust by that organisation in the services that are offered by Kovess International Pty Ltd.
I guarantee that in all services provided by Kovess International, the following terms will apply, namely:
1. That I will meet personally with the appropriate representative of our client to formulate the desired outcomes of the relevant training program
2.That if our client is not delighted with the services that have been provided, or if our client is not fully satisfied that the services fulfilled the outcomes that were agreed at the commencement of the program then Kovess International Pty Ltd refuses to accept payment of the fee that is otherwise due and payable to it.
